In the modern context of the global division of the product development process of scientific and technical calculations of paramount importance. With the release of Mathcad 14, PTC provides full support for Unicode encoding, and will soon offer the product in nine languages. The new among them are such languages as Italian, Spanish, Korean and both Chinese – traditional and simplified. Expanded language support in Mathcad 14 enables geographically dispersed teams to perform and document calculations in their local language and as a result of increased productivity, by increasing its speed and accuracy, as well as reduce errors that occur when translating from one language to another.

Mathcad 14 also allows you to perform more complex calculations, retaining their clarity through new worksheet WorkSheet (document, open to the environment, Mathcad), additional funding of operational numerical estimation and the extended character set. This helps users in the derivation of formulas, the computational process mapping and documentation of the calculations. Ultimately, the special additional features allow users to work with a broader range of engineering problems.
